Why are we obsessed with ducks?

Calm on the surface, supported underneath

Ducks stay calm and unruffled on the surface while paddling like mad underneath, which is exactly how payroll can feel. Our little rubber ducks are a reminder to keep afloat, ask for help, and never paddle alone.

They have become the friendly face of our community, and a gentle nudge that support is always close by.
